What we collect
If you join the early-access list, we collect the email address you provide. We also collect standard, privacy-respecting usage analytics (see below). We do not collect resumes or career data on this site.
How we use it
We use your email address only to contact you about JobPlan early access and product updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers
The early-access form is processed by Formspree, which receives the email address you submit in order to deliver it to us. We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-focused analytics service that does not track individual visitors.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time. You can also withdraw from the early-access list entirely. Send any request to privacy@jobplan.io and we will act on it promptly.
International transfers
Our service providers (Formspree and Plausible) may process data outside your country of residence. By joining the early-access list you consent to that processing as described in this policy.
Retention and removal
We keep your email address for as long as needed to operate the early-access list. You can ask us to remove it at any time and we will do so promptly.
